Payment Policy

1. Payment methods

Depending on availability, Mayeri may accept:

• UPI
• Credit/debit cards
• Net banking
• Digital wallets
• Cash on Delivery

2. Cash on Delivery

COD is available only for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. A ₹99 Shipping & COD Handling Fee applies to COD orders.

For customer-related NDR or customer-initiated returns, the ₹99 COD fee is non-refundable.

3. Online payments

Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers. Mayeri does not ordinarily collect or store complete card credentials such as full card numbers or CVV details on its own systems.

4. Failed or unconfirmed payments

If your account has been debited but your order is not confirmed, contact Info@mayerihoj.com with the transaction details. We will verify the transaction and arrange confirmation or refund, as applicable.

5. Duplicate payments

If the same order is paid for more than once, contact Mayeri Support. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded or otherwise resolved as applicable.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and charges will be displayed as required. Shipping, COD and other applicable charges are shown before order confirmation.

7. Pricing errors

If a genuine pricing, technical or system error results in an incorrect price being displayed, Mayeri may take appropriate corrective action and will communicate with the customer before fulfilment, subject to applicable law.
