The Forever Wardrobe Policy

1. Eligibility — 925 sterling silver

Within 6 months of the original order date: 50% of the Original Eligible Product Value as Mayeri Wallet Credit.

After 6 months: 35% of the Original Eligible Product Value as Mayeri Wallet Credit, subject to the programme terms applicable to the purchase.

2. Eligibility — demi-fine

Within 6 months of the original order date: 35% of the Original Eligible Product Value as Mayeri Wallet Credit.

After 6 months: not eligible under The Forever Wardrobe.

3. Original Eligible Product Value

This means the eligible product value recorded on the original Mayeri invoice after applicable product-level discounts, and excludes shipping charges, COD/handling charges and other non-product charges.

Taxes are treated according to the amount forming part of the eligible product value on the original invoice.

4. Product condition

Eligible jewellery may be traded in even if it is tarnished, scratched, worn or broken. However:

• The product must be reasonably identifiable as the original Mayeri product.
• The complete piece should be returned.
• Missing major components may make the product ineligible.
• All trade-ins are subject to verification.

5. Verification

Before issuing Wallet Credit, Mayeri may verify:

• Product authenticity
• Product category
• Original purchase record
• Product completeness
• Eligibility period
• Applicable programme terms

6. Using Forever Wardrobe Credit

Forever Wardrobe Credit:

• Is issued as Mayeri Wallet Credit only.
• Can be used for up to 50% of the new invoice value.
• Cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• Cannot be transferred or sold.
• Cannot be clubbed with another Forever Wardrobe Credit in the same purchase.

7. Discounts, offers & future trade-in

Forever Wardrobe Credit may be used with discounts or promotional offers where the specific offer permits it; offer-specific terms will apply.

A product purchased using Forever Wardrobe Credit may itself become eligible for a future trade-in, subject to its category, eligibility period and applicable programme terms.

8. Frequency & processing fee

There is currently no fixed frequency limit for eligible trade-ins; each trade-in is independently subject to verification and eligibility.

A single ₹99 Forever Wardrobe Processing & Reverse Pickup Fee applies per trade-in request. If you self-ship the product to Mayeri, you bear the shipping cost and the ₹99 processing fee still applies.

9. How to claim

Contact Mayeri Support with:

• Original Order ID/invoice
• Registered mobile number or email
• Product details
• Forever Wardrobe/Buyback Card, where applicable

10. Exclusions

The following may be excluded:

• Customised or personalised products
• Giveaway products
• Products specifically marked non-eligible
• Certain limited editions specifically excluded
• Certain collaboration products specifically excluded
• Products that cannot reasonably be verified as genuine Mayeri products

11. No double benefit

A product already cancelled, refunded or exchanged under the Return & Exchange Policy cannot subsequently be claimed under Forever Wardrobe for the same transaction.

12. Fraudulent or abusive claims

Mayeri may investigate suspected duplicate, fraudulent or abusive claims. Credits obtained through fraud, misuse or material misrepresentation may be cancelled or adjusted, subject to applicable law.

13. Programme changes

Mayeri may modify or update The Forever Wardrobe from time to time. Changes will not be used to retrospectively remove a benefit already validly earned, except where required by law or where the benefit was obtained through fraud, misuse or material error.

14. Important clarification

The Forever Wardrobe is a Mayeri loyalty/store-credit programme. It is not an investment, a guaranteed resale price, a cash buyback, a financial product, or a promise of appreciation in jewellery value.
