Yes. Every price on the website is in Indian Rupees and includes GST. The invoice sent with your order shows the tax break-up.

You can cancel free of charge from your account until the order is dispatched, and the full amount is refunded. After dispatch, use our 2-day return policy instead. Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Only one coupon can be applied per order, and coupons do not stack with ongoing promotions or Forever Wardrobe exchange credit unless an offer says otherwise.

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2 to 4 Working Days and delivered across India in 3 to 7 Working Days from dispatch. Remote PIN codes may take a few days longer. Made-to-order pieces need 10 to 15 Working Days of production first.

Any shipping charge is shown on the checkout page before you pay, and orders that qualify for free delivery show it as FREE. Every parcel is insured in transit at no cost to you.

A tracking link is sent by email, SMS and WhatsApp at dispatch, and live status is shown on the order page in your account.

Check the tamper seal before accepting, refuse the parcel if it looks opened or damaged, and record a short unedited video while opening it. The video is required for any claim about a missing or damaged item, which must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Where international shipping is offered at checkout, delivery takes 7 to 21 Working Days and customs duties in the destination country are payable by you.

Unworn pieces in original packaging with tags and invoice can be returned within 2 days of delivery. Earrings, personalised pieces, worn or altered pieces and clearance items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Open the order in your account and choose Return, or email Info@mayerihoj.com with your order number. We arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or reimburse courier charges if you self-ship.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 to 10 Working Days of the piece passing inspection. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Shipping, gift-wrap and COD fees are not refunded.

Yes, within the same 2-day window. One complimentary resize is also available within 30 days of delivery on eligible plain-band designs.

Every sterling-silver piece you buy stays exchangeable for 180 days after delivery. Hand it back within that time and 50% of its price becomes credit toward anything new. It is automatic; nothing to register.

Pieces from the sterling-silver line bought from MAYERI, in wearable condition. Demi-fine, personalised and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange credit.

No. Exchange credit is applied only against a new purchase of equal or higher value at checkout. It is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred.

Sign in and open Forever Wardrobe from your account menu. Each piece shows its remaining days and the credit available, with an Exchange button when eligible.

Our silver line is crafted in 925 sterling silver and carries the BIS hallmark with a HUID. Gold-finished pieces are plated over sterling silver. Stones are declared as cubic zirconia, lab-grown or semi-precious on each product page.

Plating is a surface finish and wears naturally with time, friction, perspiration and chemicals. Anti-tarnish treatments slow this down but no finish is tarnish-proof. Replating is available as a paid service.

Ring sizes follow the Indian standard on our size guide. Measure a ring you already wear, or your finger at the end of the day, before ordering. Chains and bracelets can be shortened but not lengthened beyond the extender.

Yes, 6 months against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Tarnish, plating wear, stone loss from impact, scratches and chemical damage are not covered.

Put jewellery on last and take it off first. Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising and sleeping. Store each piece in its anti-tarnish pouch, wipe with the dry cloth provided, and avoid perfume, chlorine and household cleaners.
